Your Construction Man- ager will inspect your new home’s foundation to make sure everythingis off to a great start, validating installation of key components per our high Construction Standards. Other third party inspec- tions are completed at this step before pouring the foundation of your new home.
At this stage, your Construction Manager inspects your home’s framing, with an eye for quality to help ensure your home is built to last.
This time will be utilized by your Construction Manag- er to review your home’s insulation, plumbing, electrical and mechanical installations, and confirm that all the mechanical options have been includ- ed and properly installed.
Before we put up the drywall, you will have another virtual meeting. This meeting will show you the mechanical systems that are being installed in your home. This is our opportunity to show you the quality features that have been built into your home.
This is when you meet your Del Webb Con- struction Manager—your partner throughout the experience. This will be a virtual meeting where you will get the opportunity to hear about the constru - ction process of your new home and establish a communication plan that works for you.

HOME COMPLETE CONFIRMATION After your Construction Manager’s Final Inspec- tion, another Del Webb team member performs an additional indepen- dent quality review to help ensure the home is ready for the Pre-Closing Orientation.
PRE-CLOSING ORIENTATION The Customer Care Man- ager will provide you a guided tour through your new home to review the expectations ofthe products, functionality, maintenance, andwar- ranty. You’ll also confirm that your options are installed correctly and that your home is complete.I n the event any issueso r concerns arise, your Customer Care Manager will address them prior to the Celebration.

After closing, you’ll have an opportunity to give feedback on your home and homebuilding ex- perience. A year later we will be in contact again for valuable feedback based on daily living.
