How Many Acres is Del Webb BayView? Del Webb BayView is a 494 acre property with approxi- mately 950 homesites. How do you legally restrict the age of a community? The community is age restricted via the Housing for Older Person act of 1995 (HOPA) derived from the Fair Housing Act. Can I Purchase a home for my mother or father if I am not 55? Yes, as long as one person residing in the home is 55 or better. Can children and grandchildren visit Del Webb BayView? Absolutely! Children and grandchildren under the age of 19 are welcome, and may visit up to 90 calendar days per year, per child. How big is The Driftwood Club Amenity Campus? The Driftwood Club will be an approximately 22,562 sq ft clubhouse with a state - of - the - art fitness center, social room, multi - purpose rooms and more. The outdoor amenities will include bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard and tennis courts, resort - style zero entry heated pool, re- sistance pool & spa, community garden, event lawn with amphitheater and dog park. There is also a full onsite res- taurant and bar, the Sailfish Bar & Grille. How do I access the amenities at The Driftwood Club? Homeowners will be able to access the Del Webb ameni- ties during their hours of operation established by the HOA. No, but the Southern Tampa Bay area is one the top desti- nations in the world for golfers. Nearby, the Moccasin Wallow Golf Club is less than 1.5 miles away so you can be there in minutes. Golf carts can be driven through the community as long as all drivers abide by the rules and regulation put in place by the HOA. How will I access my mail? Your household will be designated a mail kiosk by USPS, and they will provide a key for large parcel packages. UPS and FedEx will deliver packages to your door.
