Congratulations on the purchase of your new home. Now it is time to express your style by selecting the interior finishes of your choice. Design consultants will assist you in choosing from a wide variety of finishes that suit your taste and lifestyle.
Preparing for your visit: Begin personalizing your home by logging into Design Preview, where you can explore available choices and gain an understanding of your target investment range. Please remember to click the heart icon on items that interest you, as this will assist us in preparing for your upcoming appointment. Bring any samples such as pillows, fabrics or wallpaper. Bring inspiration photos from Pinterest, Houzz, or your favorite magazines. Design Studio FAQ’s: Average appointment time is expected to last 4 hours. We encourage all parties on the contract to attend. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the buyers during your appointment. All structural options must be completed and approved with your sales consultant prior to your design appointment. All selections are final, and we are not able to make changes after your appointment. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
