Frequently Asked Questions 8. When will the Dallas North Tollway and additional roads be complete near Del Webb at Legacy Hills? The Dallas North Tollway’s 2-lane access road does currently reach Legacy Hills. However, the toll road freeway expansion is not scheduled to be completed until 2027 or later. You can read more about this project at www.ntta.org/dallas-north-tollway-dnt. Roadways connecting the Dallas North Tollway to Celina Parkway are not 100% complete at this time. There is additional connection work underway, which is estimated to be complete by the end of August. The best way to get to Del Webb at Legacy Hills remains Preston Road north, left on Carthage Road just past Celina High School at the 7-11, right on FM 58, left at the “Y” in the road, and the community will be ahead on your left.
We are working on a map that will identify these roads for you, along with future properties like the new Costco and Methodist Celina Medical Center. We will distribute as soon as possible.
