Court Strength and Conditioning Monday 1:15 to 2:15 Start Date: January 9th, 2023

Workouts geared towards improving your pickleball or tennis game. With Upper and Lower body strength training exercises and drills to help improve mobility, flexibility, reaction times, core strength, movement control and balance. So come and learn the “Maxi-Ford” and “Shuffle off to Buffalo”!! What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and tap shoes. Bring a water bottle, a smile, and join us for some Tap Fun! Jo-Ann owned and operated her own Performing Arts Studio in R.I. for over 25 years. She is certified and tested to teach through the Dance Teachers’ Club of Boston. Sit & Train is designed to increase overall strength, ROM, flexibility and core strength. Plus, Sit & Train includes standing balance exercises. Bob Apfel, apfelr@mac.com Class uses Yoga poses (without the “flow” movement) & other poses to improve flexibility, balance and management of daily stress levels. We spend most of the time on the mat with a few standing poses. Focus is on controlled stretching with props where needed. A few balance poses are included to improve leg strength and stability. No prior experience is needed. A Yoga mat is required - Yoga strap and block is recommended. There is a $5 fee for this class. This class will help improve flexibility, balance, strength and management of daily stress. The pace of the class is determined by the participants so all levels, including beginners are welcome. Modifications for poses will be demonstrated as needed. A Yoga mat is required. A Yoga strap and block is recommended. There is a $5 fee for this class. It’s a blast! Come join the “Zumba Fitness Party”!! Jo-Ann is certified in Zumba as well as Zumba Gold. The Ancient Art of Self-Defense (Traditional Okinawan Martial Arts) Self-Defense Training improves overall health, balance and flexibility, and mind/body coordination. Most of all, it builds confidence in your ability to protect yourself and your loved ones. Our Introduction Class is free; come any Wednesday at 11:00. If you sign up, a registration fee of $35.00 will include Karate Gi Uniform and a Logo Sport Tee-Shirt. The fee for each weekly class is $5.00. During this pandemic era, we understand the necessity for social distancing and virus protection. Fitness Center Orientation 3rd Monday

Effective 1/1/23 orientation to the gym equipment will be held the 3rd Monday of each month from 2-3pm. A required minimum of 4 is needed to conduct the orientation with a max of 10 attendees.
