CLUBHOUSE AMENITY CENTER AND AMENITIES WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES? The Clubhouse Amenity Center will serve as the hub for community activity. At approximately XX,XXX square feet, the amenity center will be the perfect place to spend time whether you want to be social or are looking for a peaceful moment to yourself. • Resort and Lap Pools + Spa • Community Event Lawn + Outdoor Fire Pit • Pickleball Courts • Bocce Ball Courts • Locker Room with Showers • Fitness Center • Fitness-on-Demand Room (Aerobics, Classes, etc.) • Great Room • Billiards Room • Social/Craft Rooms • Walking Trails • Resident Interest Groups and Clubs WILL DEL WEBB LAKE LAS VEGAS HAVE TRAILS? Our community will feature meandering walking trails that will provide interconnectivity to the community amenities and master plan. WHEN WILL THE CLUBHOUSE AMENITY CENTER BE COMPLETED? The anticipated Grand Opening of the Clubhouse Amenity Center is slated for 2021. In the meantime, Del Webb will be paying the monthly $50 fee for home- owners to use the Lake Las Vegas Sports and Rec Club until the clubhouse opens. After the clubhouse opens Del Webb will stop paying the monthly $50 and it will be up to the homeowner if they wish to continue the membership.

IS THERE RESTRICTIVE POLICY FOR GRANDCHILDREN USING COMMUNITY FACILITIES? Visitors are always welcome to make use of the community facilities. However, guests that are aged 18 and younger will always need to be accompanied by a Del Webb Lake Las Vegas resident when utilizing the amenities. Our indoor and outdoor pools have designated time period for children and grandchildren to swim (18 and younger). These policies are enforced to ensure that we are providing the age-restricted lifestyle that residents depend on Del Webb to deliver.

IS THERE A GOLF COURSE IN DEL WEBB LAKE LAS VEGAS?

No. However, there are two great options within the Lake Las Vegas master plan, including SouthShore Golf Club and Reflection Bay Golf Club; widely considered one of the top public courses in Las Vegas. DO YOU HAVE PLANS TO ADD AMENITIES? Our current set of amenities were designed to support the nearly XXX homesites that are currently planned for Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas, If in the future, there is an opportunity to grow the community beyond that, additional amenities will be installed to account for the larger population. In the meantime, the premier Lake Las Vegas master plan offers ample amenities that residents will be able to take advantage of.
